This is a minor patch to bring the latest changes from the .NET 7, now that it’s Released to Manufacturing. There are a few fixes, but most of the changes are framework related. One notable this is that Dynamic PGO (Profile Guided Optimization) is enabled. This brings moderate performance improvements.
If you have downloaded the tool from the Microsoft Store, a returning feature is coming to you: CLI is accessible again, via the alias of RMMVCookTool.exe. Not only the CLI bundled again, you also get the latest improvements as well (including the performance improvements introduced in the previous update).
